And if childcare centres were closed because they did not survive the pandemic…
So we gave our mamapreneurs these cash transfers… conditional based on distributing play packs, and micronutrients and also on calling every parent in their centre once every two weeks… we saw toxic stress was increasing in households given the unpredictability…”
